1.3. Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations, airline or supplier price adjustments, government taxes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
1.4. Full payment must be completed within the specified deadline to secure your booking. Failure to do so may result in cancellation without guarantee of refund.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
2.1. Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the travel package, airline, hotel, or service provider. Specific terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
2.2. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Amadou Travel and Tours.
2.3. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the policies of the relevant suppliers, and administrative or service charges may apply.
2.4. No refunds will be issued for unused services once the trip has commenced.
3. Travel Documents and Requirements
3.1. It is the traveler’s sole responsibility to ensure possession of valid passports, visas, health certificates, insurance, and any other required travel documents.
3.2. Amadou Travel and Tours shall not be held responsible for losses, delays, or denial of entry resulting from incomplete or invalid travel documents.
3.3. Travelers must comply with all immigration, customs, health, and safety regulations of their destination(s).
4. Changes and Amendments
4.1. Amadou Travel and Tours reserves the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, transport, or services due to circumstances beyond our control.
4.2. Where changes are required, reasonable efforts will be made to provide suitable alternatives of similar value.
4.3. Any additional costs arising from changes requested by the traveler shall be borne by the traveler.
5. Liability and Responsibility
5.1. Amadou Travel and Tours acts solely as an intermediary between clients and third-party suppliers such as airlines, hotels, transport providers, and tour operators. We are not liable for any injury, loss, accident, delay, cancellation, or damage caused by these third parties.
5.2. Travelers are responsible for their personal safety, belongings, and compliance with local laws and regulations during their trip.
5.3. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, delays, or loss of personal belongings.
6. Force Majeure
6.1. Amadou Travel and Tours shall not be held liable for any delay, change, or cancellation resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, political unrest, strikes, pandemics, or other force majeure events.
7. Privacy Policy

8. Governing Law
